Your privacy is important to us and we maintain stringent standards to protect you. We only use your information to contact you regarding your order or for important company updates. We never share the information we collect from you with third-party companies.

Charities
During Check Out, you can choose a charitable organization that we will donate to. The donation amount is dependent upon your order’s product and quantity. To find out more, email us at info@gothamprinting.com.

Samples
To request samples, send an email to: samples@gothamprinting.com. Please be sure to note the specific samples you need and include your mailing address.

Ordering
How to order: Simply click the product you wish to order (our product offerings are located on the left column of the page) and use the Instant Quote tool on the page to fill in your order information. Click “Order” to proceed to Check Out.

Billing: At Check Out, you will be asked to provide your credit card information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

Proofing: Proofs are usually sent within 1 hour of placing your order during 8:30am to 5:30 pm EST. A PDF proof will be emailed for your final review and approval. If you are satisfied, return the email with the word “Approved” in the body copy. If your project requires edits, return the email with an explanation. Once your proof is approved, cancellation is no longer possible. If your project is color sensitive please call us for a hardcopy proof before ordering.

Color Quality: Your PDF proof is not a 100% accurate color reproduction of your final printed piece. This is due in part to the widely varying results from different output devices. We offer fast turnaround and low pricing by printing to standard ink densities. If your file is color-critical, you may order a hard copy proof.

Changes & Cancellations: You can change or cancel your order prior to PDF proof approval. If a proof has been created and sent to you, and then you decide to cancel your order, you will be charged for the cost of the proof and receive a credit balance of your money. If you make changes to your order, we will provide a revised estimate and you will be required to pay any additional costs before your order is completed.

Shipping/Tracking: UPS is our preferred shipper. Click here for UPS Ground delivery estimates for your area. When your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.

Account/Password: Once you register with GothamPrinting.com, you’ll be able to track your order status anytime and place orders without re-entering your information again. Registering with us is optional.

Lost email/password: Click “Forgot Password?” on the Log In page and we will email your information to your email address on file.
